What type of staff do you provide?
We provide wait staff (servers), bartenders, barbacks, and event captains for special events and private parties.
How many staff will I need?
Staffing will depend on the style of service and the number of guests at your party. Call or contact us and we will be happy to discuss the details of your event and assist you in determining the quantity of staff that is right for your event.
What types of events do you usually staff?
We staff weddings, dinner parties, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, retirement parties, cocktail parties, charity events, winemaker dinners, and more.
When should we contact you and reserve the staff and other services for our event?
Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure staff, and if needed, buffet line equipment availability.
Can you advise me regarding what I will need to rent or purchase for the event?
Yes, we will be happy to guide you regarding what you will need based on the number of guests you are expecting, hours of service needed, and what food and drink you will be offering.
I would like to have buffet service at my event. Can you provide me with what is needed?
Yes! We offer in-house rental for everything you will need for your buffet line. Please read more under our services page.
What do the bartenders bring with them?
Our bartenders will bring a professional bar kit which includes a martini shaker, strainer, pour spouts, an ice scoop, wine opener, bottle opener, muddler, bar towels, an ice bucket suitable for compact bars, and a small cutting board and knife.
What does your staff wear?
Our standard attire is all black with a gold necktie. For more casual events, a white shirt will be worn. If you have any special requests regarding staff attire, please bring it to our attention at the time of your booking.
What is the charge for your waitstaff?

• There is a minimum of 5 working hours per team member.
What if I only need a waiter or bartender for three hours?
Note that our fee minimum is five hours, so your cost will reflect the five-hour minimum.

Yes, we carry general liability insurance.
